The study looked at how the Academic Information System Service (SIAKAD) affects student satisfaction at a university. They surveyed 80 students from the Tarbiyah Department and found that the SIAKAD service positively influences student satisfaction. The data analysis showed that the SIAKAD service has a significant impact on student satisfaction, with a 31% positive effect.
