The goal was to create smart solutions for managing office buildings efficiently in Kuala Lumpur. The researchers interviewed 30 people from the organization to understand their roles in building operations and to identify challenges. They studied 23 building operation processes and 4 main systems. Building experts analyzed the data and proposed solutions to improve building management, save energy in systems, and enhance occupant productivity. These solutions can be used in various smart buildings to consider factors like building structure, environment, comfort, occupant preferences, and safety.
