Government Projects Evaluated Objectively, Improving Public Spending Decisions

Big Data Analysis

Cloud elasticity, the ability of cloud applications to adjust to changing demands, is crucial in cloud computing. Existing metrics for evaluating cloud elasticity are either too simple or difficult to use. To solve this, a new method based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis was developed. By comparing three major cloud providers, it was found that the proposed method effectively quantifies cloud elasticity.
