The article examines the leadership styles of seven Indonesian presidents, using a literature review method. Different presidents showed different leadership styles: Soekarno had Trait Approach, Soeharto had Path-Goal Theory, BJ Habibie had Behavioral Approach, Abdurahman Wahid had Skill Approach, Megawati Soekarno Putri had Gender and Leadership, and Joko Widodo had Servant Leadership.
