The study looked at how discipline and motivation affect teacher performance at SMP Taman Dewasa in Probolinggo City. They surveyed 39 teachers using questionnaires and found that work discipline has a positive impact on performance. The researchers used various tests to ensure the data was reliable and free from errors. The results showed that teachers who are more disciplined tend to perform better in their roles.
