The article discusses the water pricing of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Jiangsu Province. The researchers used the two-part water pricing theory to calculate the cost of water supply in the province. They found that the per-cubic meter water supply cost in Jiangsu is 0.516 yuan/m3, with a basic water supply cost of 0.618 yuan/m3 and a water volume supply cost of 0.472 yuan/m3. The basic water supply is 577.5 million m3. Suggestions for Jiangsu's water fee collection policy are also provided.
