Aerial Insect Diversity Reveals Ecosystem Health in Dry Land Habitats
The study looked at different types of habitats in Kefamenanu City to see how many different aerial insects were living there. They found that dry land, rivers, and lakes all had different types of insects. In total, they found 54 different species of insects in the area. Dry land had 32 species, rivers had 47 species, and lakes had 39 species. This shows that different habitats can support a variety of insect species.
