Unveiling the Key Factors Shaping Teaching Competency Across Countries
The article compares the factors that predict teaching competency in South Korea, England, and Finland using data from TALIS 2018. By analyzing data from teachers and principals, the researchers identified common and unique predictors of teaching competency in each country. They used a causal discovery algorithm to create causal graphs showing the relationships between these factors and teaching competency.
