The study looked at how Market Value Added, Economic Value Added, Earnings Per Share, and Operating Cash Flow affect property stock returns in Indonesia. They analyzed data from 27 property companies over 2017-2020. The results showed that Market Value Added, Economic Value Added, and Earnings Per Share don't have a significant impact on stock returns, but Operating Cash Flow does. When all factors are considered together, they do have a significant influence on property stock returns. This information can help investors, analysts, and policymakers make better decisions in the Indonesian stock market.
