Regional integration in the Eurasian Economic Union affects trade flows positively, employment levels negatively, and does not significantly impact other economic indicators. The study compared two types of regional collaboration strategies and found that the EAEU mainly functions as a free trade area rather than a customs union, promoting mutual trade among member countries.
