International sports arbitration system under scrutiny for transparency and fairness issues.
International sports arbitration is a specialized form of resolving disputes in sports, different from regular arbitration. The Court of Arbitration for Sport has helped develop rules for this type of arbitration over the past 30 years. However, there are still issues like the power of arbitrators, transparency in their selection, and applying the rules consistently. China should learn from the current system to improve its own sports arbitration processes.
