The article examines how managers impact the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. from 2017 to 2021. They used financial ratios like ROA, ROE, NIM, and BOPO to measure performance. The findings show that ROA ranged from 1.16% to 2.50%, ROE from 8.13% to 17.5%, NIM from 9.31% to 11.47%, and BOPO from 52.66% to 72.13%.
