This study used a method called Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to choose promising health technologies expected to be available in Korea in the next 10 years. The researchers developed a hierarchy structure and narrowed down options using a Delphi approach. They surveyed 7 experts in the field and found that 'Early Diagnosis through Liquid Biopsy' technology ranked the highest, followed by 'Drug Development Evaluation Platform Technology'. This research shows that when considering unique characteristics of healthcare technologies, it is important to design studies that reflect these aspects in the hierarchy structure and option collection process.
