Small businesses often develop software without following established standards, leading to costly issues like frequent program modifications and security threats. This study evaluated how well software developed by small businesses without considering standard guidelines met both domestic and international development standards. The analysis showed an overall satisfaction rate of 70%, indicating room for improvement in areas like development planning guidelines, security for commercial software, and basic performance standards.
