The article explores how a manufacturing organization in Iraq can become more environmentally sustainable by implementing practices to reduce resource consumption and waste. The study found gaps in environmental procedures at the site and highlighted the importance of setting internal environmental goals, providing environmental training, and adhering to energy management standards and international environmental management system standards.
