Transformation techniques were used to improve estimators in sample surveys. New estimators for population means were proposed using transformations on auxiliary and study variables in double sampling. The biases and errors of these estimators were calculated and compared to existing ones. Through simulations and a rubber production dataset, it was found that the new estimators outperformed others in certain conditions.
