The article discusses ways to strengthen forest carbon storage after forest fires. Laws related to reforestation were analyzed, revealing the need for private involvement in carbon offset projects and clearer responsibilities for reforestation. The study suggests improving laws to encourage private participation and better organizing reforestation efforts in fire-damaged areas. Additionally, utilizing the Forest Carbon Center's carbon offset project for reforestation is proposed.
