Revolutionizing Knowledge Management Systems with Improved Usability Scores
The goal of the study was to evaluate the usability of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The researchers involved users in the testing process to determine if the system was user-friendly and met its intended purpose. By conducting interviews and using the 5whys method to identify problems, they were able to develop recommendations for improvement. The final usability score for the system prototype was 80.25, indicating a high level of usability. This research provides valuable insights for future system development.
