Beijing Districts Ranked for Livability - Xicheng, Chaoyang, Haidian on Top!
The researchers evaluated the livability of different areas in Beijing by looking at factors like social development, economic development, and public safety. They used data from a geographical survey and a method called the analytic hierarchy process to calculate livability scores. The Xicheng, Chaoyang, and Haidian Districts were found to be the most livable, while Yanqing, Daxing, and Fangshan Districts were ranked the lowest. The study showed that social development, economic development, infrastructure, and the ecological environment are the most important factors for livability, while public safety and resource carrying capacity are less crucial. To improve livability, it's important to focus on balancing public safety and resource capacity.
