Revolutionizing Agricultural Experiments: Tied Data Analysis Made Simple with CRD
The completely randomised design (CRD) is a common experimental design used in statistics, especially in agricultural experiments. The Kruskal-Wallis test, which is a type of statistical test, can be adjusted to handle tied data. This test is similar to the Wilcoxon/Mann-Whitney test and is used to compare groups of data. When data is replaced by their ranks, the Kruskal-Wallis test and the Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel (CMH) test give the same results. This means they are testing the same thing in different ways.
