Security products have been found to have many vulnerabilities due to software flaws and human error. These vulnerabilities can lead to serious security breaches, allowing attackers to take control of systems or cause denial of service. A study analyzed over 6000 advisories from the past three years to identify and evaluate these vulnerabilities. The main findings show that security products often have vulnerabilities that result in arbitrary code execution or system takeover by attackers. This highlights the importance of understanding and addressing these vulnerabilities to protect against cyber threats.
