The study confirmed that these benefits have a positive impact on the adoption of digital supply chains by companies. In conclusion, the decision to use digital supply chains depends on the advantages they bring, like increased agility, better performance, and improved risk management. Companies are encouraged to recognize these benefits for better decision-making when implementing digital supply chains.
