The article discusses land registration systems in Indonesia and Malaysia. Indonesia uses deeds registration, while Malaysia uses a title registration system. Both countries face challenges in completing their land registration mandates. The research focuses on improving land registration systems to ensure legal certainty and ownership rights. The study highlights the importance of government and community involvement in streamlining land administration. The findings suggest that a well-organized land registration system is crucial for ensuring the quantity, quality, and legal certainty of land registration. Recommendations are provided for strengthening land laws and registration systems in Indonesia.
