Revamped ESAP course boosts interdisciplinary learning in higher education.
The article discusses how an English for Specific Academic Purposes (ESAP) course was redesigned to help students learn better in a university in Hong Kong. The course developers found that using a flipped writing classroom and giving sustainable feedback were important for student learning. They also saw that collaboration between ESAP course developers and subject teachers was beneficial. The findings suggest that these approaches can improve students' learning in higher education.
