The study looked at how institutional ownership, blockholder ownership, and the Board’s tenure affect corporate governance disclosure in Indonesian companies. They analyzed data from 152 publicly listed companies from 2016-2017. The results showed that institutional ownership and blockholder ownership have a positive impact on corporate governance disclosure, while the Board’s tenure does not affect it.
