The study looked at the challenges faced by HR practitioners in Pakistan. They surveyed 100 HR professionals and 180 others to identify obstacles in HR practices. The questionnaire measured obstacles in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and manager knowledge. The data analysis showed that recruitment, training, appraisals, and need assessments impact HR practices.
