The review provides an overview of the weather conditions and natural meteorological phenomena observed in Kazakhstan in 2021. Data from 209 meteorological stations were used to analyze air temperature and precipitation anomalies. The study focused on synoptic processes, hydrometeorological conditions, and the state of the Caspian Sea. The researchers calculated climatic norms and identified deviations from these norms to understand the weather patterns. The findings help to better understand the natural phenomena that occurred in Kazakhstan in 2021.
