Teacher's salaries play a crucial role in attracting and retaining good teachers. Low salaries make it hard to bring in new teachers and keep experienced ones. In many countries, teachers' salaries are lower compared to other professions but still allow for a decent living. However, in Armenia, teachers' salaries are not only low compared to other sectors but also often do not provide a chance for a decent life. To address this issue, it is suggested to increase teachers' salaries to attract more capable individuals and improve students' performance.
