Dynamic capabilities, like sensing opportunities, seizing them, and reconfiguring assets, are crucial for project portfolio success in a fast-changing environment. A study with 135 project portfolios found that having at least two of these capabilities strongly present boosts portfolio agility, which in turn leads to success. This shows the importance of dynamic capabilities for managing project portfolios effectively.
