Global Population Growth Fuels Alarming Rise in Temperatures Worldwide
In this study, researchers looked at factors influencing global temperature changes using a new method called correlation analysis based on principal components. They found that natural disasters like biological and geological events show a positive link with rising global temperatures. Interestingly, floods and storms seem to have a negative relationship with temperature changes. When it comes to human factors, both total global population and CO2 emissions are positively correlated with increasing global temperatures. The total global population appears to be the most significant factor influencing rising temperatures. These findings could help countries make decisions to tackle the issue of global warming.
