Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) are advanced technologies that are becoming more common in everyday life. VR is fully immersive, while AR overlays computer-generated elements onto the real world. Optical head-mounted displays (OHMDs) are devices that can support both VR and AR experiences. Both VR and AR are being used in various fields like education, healthcare, and entertainment. A recent study compared VR and AR in a real estate setting and developed a user experience evaluation model for each technology.
