Strategic leadership, learning, and culture key to police organization performance.
The study looked at how different factors like leadership, learning, culture, and behavior affect the performance of the national police in Timor-Leste. They used a method called structural equation modeling to analyze the data. The results showed that strong leadership, a culture of learning, and a supportive organizational culture all play a big role in how well the organization performs. Additionally, behaviors like being willing to help out and being involved in organizational activities also impact performance. The study found that organizational culture has a positive effect on performance, which was different from what previous research had shown.
