The article presents a method to create a dataset for choosing software requirements in a fuzzy environment. The researchers identified stakeholders, gathered requirements using goals, formed a decision-making committee, and evaluated requirements under uncertainty. This method was applied to an institute examination system to prioritize and select software requirements for different releases.
