Boosting Compensation and Training Improves Performance of Punjab Police Officers
The study looked at how different HR practices affect the performance of employees in the Punjab Police department. They surveyed 368 Sub-Inspectors and assistant Sub-inspectors in Dera Ghazi Khan. The researchers found that career planning, compensation, job rotation, performance appraisal, and development and training all have a positive impact on employee performance. They suggest that offering better compensation, career planning, job rotation, and training can improve the performance of police officers in Pakistan. This study adds new insights to the existing knowledge on employee performance.
