A study was conducted to see how different nutrient management methods affect the growth of bottle gourd plants. They found that using a combination of 50% recommended dose of fertilizer, farmyard manure, vermicompost, and biofertilizer Consortia resulted in the best growth and highest fruit yield. This treatment led to quicker seed germination, longer vines, more branches, bigger leaves, thicker stems, and heavier fruits compared to the control group. The plants also produced more seeds and had a higher fruit yield per hectare.
