The study looked at how project planning, financing, and supervision affect the success of food security projects in Rwanda's Northern Province. They found that good project planning, including setting goals and managing resources, leads to better project outcomes. Adequate project financing is crucial for projects to meet their goals and deliver results. Regular project supervision, like monitoring progress and getting feedback, helps improve project performance by identifying areas for improvement and making necessary changes.
