New Urban Agglomerations to Boost Economic and Social Stability Across Russia
The article discusses how urban agglomerations impact the development of regional socio-economic complexes in Russia. It suggests that current approaches to defining urban agglomerations need to be reevaluated to better reflect population density and technological advancements. The author proposes a new definition for urban agglomerations to improve their regulation and development. Implementing this new approach through legislation could enhance economic and social stability in regions with low population density and lead to the creation of new urban agglomerations.
