The goal of the study was to analyze the vegetation in Ambon City using satellite images and a method called NDVI. By looking at the data from 2023, the researchers found that the vegetation index values ranged from -0.672381 to 0.949297. They classified the areas into four categories: No Vegetation, Low Vegetation, Moderate Vegetation, and High Vegetation. The results showed that most of Ambon City had High Vegetation, covering 72.49% of the area. This analysis is crucial for maintaining a healthy and sustainable environment in the city.
