Research examined evidence of land ownership recognized as certificates and how judges decide on ownership. The study used legal research methods and found that evidence exceeding certificates includes legal rights, land history, physical possession, tax payments, and witness statements. Judges can rule in favor of land ownership based on clear land history and proof of acquisition.
