The article presents a new method called TransAST for detecting hidden malicious JavaScript on websites. By using a machine translation model, the researchers were able to uncover the hidden structure of obfuscated code, making it easier to identify harmful scripts. The experiment showed that TransAST achieved a high accuracy of 91.35% and a recall rate of 94.57% in detecting malicious JavaScript, outperforming existing methods by a significant margin.
