Revolutionize Soil Health: No Tillage Reduces Soil Loss in Central India
Soil erosion can harm crop growth by reducing soil fertility and water availability. Different tillage methods and slopes affect soil loss under cereal crops in central India. No tillage reduces soil loss the most, while conventional tillage causes the most soil loss. Soil loss decreases on gentler slopes. Bararia soil is most vulnerable to soil loss, while Dhodar soil is more resistant.
