The article discusses the growth of secondary private equity funds in China's capital market. It gives an overview of the private equity market and secondary funds, as well as the development and status of S funds globally and in China. The advantages and characteristics of S funds are analyzed based on theory and actual business. The paper enriches the content and literature of secondary private equity investment.
