Accounting information systems (AIS) are used to help companies in Jordan improve their financial reporting and auditing. A study looked at how factors like service quality, system quality, ease of use, and usefulness affect AIS usage by small businesses in Jordan. The study found that these factors positively influence AIS usage, which in turn improves business performance. Resistance to change also plays a role in how easy it is for people to use AIS. Simplifying the process and providing training can encourage more people to use AIS effectively. This research helps us understand how AIS can benefit businesses in developing countries like Jordan.
