The study looked at how CO2 emissions in Uzbekistan have been changing over time. They used special models to see how unpredictable these changes were. The results showed that the volatility of CO2 emissions in Uzbekistan is very high. This means that the amount of CO2 being released into the environment is not staying steady, but instead is changing a lot. Policymakers need to take this into account when making decisions about reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
