Conversational AI like chatbots can give recommendations to users. Some chatbots use scenarios, while others use a large language model (LLM). LLM chatbots give recommendations on a wide range of topics. This study looked at how LLM chatbots give recommendations and changed their responses to follow ethical principles in AI.
