The study looked at different types of nitrogen fertilizers and how splitting the application affects nutrient uptake in tomatoes. Ammonium sulphate was the best for N, P, and K uptake, followed by calcium ammonium nitrate. Splitting the application into three parts was better than four parts for increasing N, P, and K uptake.
