New Bambara Groundnut Varieties Boost Food Security in Nigeria's Regions.
The researchers used a method called biplot analysis to study different types of Bambara groundnut plants in three regions of Nigeria. They found that the yield of these plants is influenced by the type of plant, the environment they are grown in, and how they interact with the environment. Some plants performed better in specific regions, while others were stable across all regions. Certain plants were identified as good choices for breeding programs to improve grain yield and food security in Nigeria.
