Supplier selection processes can be tricky due to industry-specific rules. To help identify the best practices in this area, a structured benchmarking framework based on ISO Standards was developed. This framework was tested in two Consumer Goods organizations and proved effective in pinpointing top practices for supplier selection. This tool can be used to improve supplier selection processes in various industries.
