The article discusses how ITB Swadharma can improve its performance in higher education by using the Balanced Scorecard method. This method helps create a strategy map with objectives in learning, internal processes, customer satisfaction, and financial stability. To measure success, different indicators and measurements are needed for each objective. By implementing this method, ITB Swadharma can evaluate and enhance its management effectiveness to align with its vision and mission.
