Biofuel is a renewable energy source made from biomass, which includes plants, animals, and waste. This study reviews potential biomass sources and processes for converting biomass into biofuel. Biofuel offers a cleaner energy alternative to fossil fuels and has the potential to address energy and social issues in the future.
